Still waiting. I wonder what is taking so long? Other programs seem to have most of their classes firmed up. According to the 2013 FB group, there are still a number of spots left.

Georgetown waitlisters aren't alone, unfortunately. Many other top tier schools are only now slowly releasing information/decisions regarding wait-listed applicants. This will probably continue to have a small but important impact on G-town admittances as the summer continues.
Anyway, hopefully we hear back soon!

Wondering if International students should still keep their hopes up ..........  Is anyone aware if there were any international students accepted off the final waitlist last year??

I dont know why it is taking so long...as far as i know some guys were taken off the waitlist around may 1st and 2nd week....and some of them in june....but it is a bit strange that it is taking this amount of time...but i would recommend contacting the adcom at the earliest....will be of great help...try emailing them..will be more effective...i mostly think july 15th should be a probable date by which significant development must take place......
as for the internationals...there is a lot of work to do...i mean sending financial papers...getting the I 20....the visa interview....booking the tickets....i mean there is a possibility....but the classes starts in another 5 weeks....before which is the residency program....and preceding it is the mba boot camp which starts on the 4th of august.....
furthermore ...there are a list of documents to finish and submit to the mba career office...and also there is the mba math....
anyway...all the best to you guys...and send in an email asap...and follow it up with a phone call if you dont get a reply within 24 hours...all the best ! please do let me know if i can be of help....i am an R1 admit...and once again...all the best

Posted from my mobile device your welcome....being on the waitlist is agonizing....and i can totally understand....be positive and hopeful and you will be through ! as far as the current class stands....the facebook group has 185 members....but the google groups email gives me the count to roguhly 210 to 220....so i guess there are still waiting to decide atleast some 20 spots ! i think atleast 20 spots based on the approach that some might be taken of the waitlist...and they would have been given some deadline.....so based on that approach....i guess some 20 spots are surely up for grabs... just make sure you are ready to fly....i mean mentally prepared for the start of the term....and as i said....15th of july should be a good tentative date ! all the best and contact the adcom asap. and yes try contacting kelly wilson of the admissions....she is really sweet and a nice human being....i am sure it would be of help if you contact her !

Hi guys just wanted to let y'all know that I got a call about 2 weeks ago with the good news of admission off the WL. Very excited and still a little shocked.
