FINALLY! Congratulations for those who got admitted!
As @vinaynp asked earlier:

@SorayaBT, are you able to access the admitted students website? I never got a call from Kelley informing about my admit.
I suppose the admitted student website should be accessible short after R1 admission result. In my case, after the email, I got phone call telling me about the admission packet I was gonna receive few days later, financial aid, and a little bit about KEW.

Just got my invite to interview this morning! I am stoked. My interview is on Tuesday, January 17. Any tips, questions previously asked?
My experience was quite similar to that of @adrianbr. As I talked with @champmag in PM before, the interview was simple - no tricky or super hard questions. I prepared to talk about my background and experience, career goals, why MBA & why now, why Kelley, something about leadership and teamwork -- and questions I got were really in those areas.
1) Tell me about yourself 2) What's your career goals and how you think MBA at this time can support you to reach your goals? 3) Why Kelley? 4) Tell me about your leadership experience. 5) What role will you play in team when you do group assignment at Kelley? 6) Is there anything else you want me to know about you? 7) Q&A
The interview lasted about 30 minutes via Skype. My interviewer was a 2nd year student in AdCom.
I wish you all the second-rounders the best in your application process. Please write me at any time if there's something I could help.
Cheers!

There is a video of his on this link in which Jim Holmen talks about what they are looking for in the candidates. Maybe useful for u. I lost the exact link.

BTW usually Kelley 2nd years students interview people; u must be special to land up a conversation with Jim
Actually, there is an InsidetheMBA event in Los Angeles this Tuesday. Jim will be the only representative for Indiana on that day, and I guess they decided to interview MBA students around this area. I am kinda freaked about this whole thing to be honest. I am thinking about just telling him I am busy and opt for a skype interview. What do you think bblast? I need your advice!

Gablaze my opinion is it's always better to be interviewed in person. It can be more easy to make yourself standout among others! Doing it via Skype might feel safer to you, but it lacks of eye contact. Prepare yourself and make him so remember you that he gets back to B-town and says 'hey, put this student on the priority pile!' lol

Meeting him on Tuesday. He's the Director of Admissions, so we need to bring our A games!

You should certainly bring your A-games.
I met Jim a couple months ago and he is a very bright, completely down-to-Earth, super-nice guy. Nothing to worry about.
I was admitted to Kelley just before Christmas. I visited some top-tier schools in Chicago and I found that the difference was that those schools seemed to look for reasons to keep students out, whereas Kelley seemed to look for ways to get you in. They are very inviting and open, and their program can rival that of any b-school. My experience with Kelley won me over, away from those Chicago schools.

Can you let me know his interviewing style? Is this like a super formal/direct interview, or is it more free-flowing kind of informal-ish interview?

1. He asked about my experiences working for company x and y 2. Specific and follow up questions 3. Greatest strength and weakness 4. Biggest achievement 5. Gave me time to ask questions
