Pre-enrollment courses are up now and you can now order your Kellogg laptop. Things are moving right along.

Oh boy. Financial aid. How are you guys deciding how much to borrow and from whom?

This is not as simple as my undergrad loans which came directly from the gov't

Andes, Amazon, and Vienna/Budapest. It was tough getting top 10 considering there were 37 options.

My top 3 were Tunisia, Turkey, and Trinidad & Tobago. It was kind of hard for me to come up with 10 because 1) didn't want to go to Western Europe and stay in a hostel due to the strength of the Euro and 2) didn't want to go somewhere I've already been.

Hopefully we get choices #1-9 because #10 is Kauai. It would be silly for J to fly all the way from SF to ORD just to fly all the way back to Kauai!

Already thinking about location proposals for next year's KWEST :)

2 weeks left of work for me, 3 weeks until I leave on my Eastern Europe trek!

Wow...17 trips are no longer available. There are still 20 left but thats crazy in 24 hours that many are gone. It appears the Caribbean ones arent all that popular compared to the South America and European ones.

I have a few ideas of trips that would be cool to put together for the next year. I think they try to keep budgets down below 2k per person, so some really crazy ideas arent going to fly.

You guys at Evanston have plenty of Money, you're going to Europe!
At the RW we were informed for a $100 increase in prices due to oil prices, and almost every routes will be above 2k. I'm going to the Belize Couples, it's going to be my first time at Central America and the Caribbean!

You def have a wider program at NW than we have at GSB, but demand in general was pretty high at GSB as well, after the 2nd rounders got the chance to know the trips slots were in a couple of days filled.

To all of you who registered at KWEST, do you know when they will let us know on which trip we're going to? I need to make sure that I got my visa ready on time for KWEST.

Also, anybody going to decline their McManus housing? I'm still on the waitlist :(

Thanks...I actually will be starting this process over again for fall of 09. I didn't find this place until my apps were in, so I think it should be a big help this time around.

Ha, I spent a lovely week away from it all it sucks to be back at work. Today was extremely tough...I was just imagining myself not having to go back again ever while I was away. Only a month and a half left at most. If we get an offer on our house I will pretty much give my two weeks.
