Keep a roll call together and we can add it to the top of the post. With Kellogg its good to keep updated since they roll out decisions.

I'm currently starting with Columbia ED essays, cause I'd like to submit as early as possible, but I'm looking forward to Kellogg's application... one of the most comprehensive.
Cheers

This is always a tough question to answer - since it will depend on how you craft the rest of your essays and what you think you need to address most. I weighted about 2/3, 1/6, 1/6, but I spread "Why Kellogg" across multiple essays last year. I did this mostly because given my short work experience (3 years - 2.5 at essay time) I wanted to highlight my work progress most. For candidates with more experience, giving more depth to your plan and why Kellogg may pay more dividends.
It really is a personal tactical judgment, and there is no right answer. Just make sure that it flows together logically and fits strategically with your plan for the application as a whole.

Interesting! in my draft outlines so far, it's shaping up to be 1/3 experience, 1/3 goals, 1/3 why Kellogg. Don't know if that's what the final product will be like but that's where it is so far
