Has anybody considered submitting a resume with a small picture of him/herself in it?
Does it come across as unprofessional?
Is that the usual way you present your CV in your current country?
In the UK it is not expected to send a picture in with the CV and is very very uncommon for anyone to do so. A picture can never really add anything positive to a CV, only potential negatives if the reviewer has any biases.
I reckon you have two options which would be your best bet:
i.) Submit a 'traditional' UK CV - a good example is the template here -
https://www.sbs.ox.ac.uk/sites/default/f ... emplate.pd - try to keep it on one page. This is what I did.
ii). Submit a CV that is typical in your home/current country - LBS will see CVs from across the world given the international diversity of the programme and the other programmes within the school. They will have good knowledge of what to expect from someone with your profile so if this includes a picture - feel free.
Following one of these two options will unlikely have any impact on your potential success. However if you were applying to a continental European school like INSEAD the photo is often expected if not mandatory.
