Hi guys,

Got an interview invite on 20th as well . M from Pune. Confused about the in person hub interview with the admission officer or skype with a second year student. I think, i will be able to connect to a second year student better. Any suggestions?

Wenger, I got an interview invite and this is what it says regarding hub locations:

Hub Interview Locations
Chicago, October 27-28

So the closest to you might be DC or NYC. Good luck!

Have you all registered for the interview?

@razordude which alumnus did you send the email to?

I think I will go for a skype interview.
When I was trying to register a slot, I noticed that the time is given as 11:00 AM or 01:00 PM but it fails to mention which Standard Time frame they are using. Or is it mentioned somewhere and I missed it?

Thanks greenious! I jumped the gun a little bit, right after I posted that question I got an interview invite as well. I think I'm going to go the alumni interview route instead of traveling to one of the interview hubs. Good luck everyone!

I scheduled an interview with an Alum in Orlando, FL next Monday. I decided I'd rather meet face to face than over Skype. Wish me luck! I'll let you know how it goes.

My contact replied after 1.5 days. Expect delays in their response, but they will reply for sure. Specially since it's Diwali time here :)

Yes I am facing the same issue, been 2 days. Giving it time since it's Diwali!

Hey guys! Congrats on the interview invites! Would you mind posting your interview experiences here once they take place? I was going through some forums from previous years and I found some of the questions fairly surprising - what book are you reading? What do you not like about your current job? - so it would be great if you could list questions that may have caught you off guard. Thanks!

Its been more than 4 days and still no reply from Alumni for an interview slot. :( , anyone from India facing similar issues?

Yes, my Alumni contact is taking almost 2.5 days to respond, keeping me at my wit's end! He will let me know next week about the interview date.
