I am currently deciding whether I should apply to MIT or not. Reall need ur help!
Age: 22 (23 at Matriculation)
Gender: f
Work exp: 2 years (FT in Global Markets Department, Kazakhstani Branch of an International Bank), 0.5 (PT)
Citizenship: Kazakhstan
GPA: 4.17 out of 4.33 (Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research, BA in Business Adm and Accounting with major in Finance)
GMAT: 600
Extracurricular activities: fotography, charity orgs, debate club, fitness
Exchange student experience (Germany, 1 Semester)
Studied 1 semester at Medical University, then left for Finance.
Career goal: Consulting
Is there chance of being accepted? Or shud I target some lower-ranked schools? Thanks a lot for any answer. And congrats on interview invites!!!

Why do you need to go now? You seem fairly young. My advice is to raise your GMAT score and wait another year or two. As of right now, I don't see a really good shot at MIT. They are the most quant heavy school out there, and your gmat q score is in the 50th %ile. I have no doubt you will be able to raise your score, your gpa seems on target.
If you need to go next year then figure out what your goals are and where you want to be. Then you can decide whether schools that you will be accepted to meet that.
