Could you please setup a spreadsheet on the main page (similar to the one being used on the CBS 2011 page) to get applicants to key in their profile/status details there directly? It would make things simpler and more organized to everybody's benefit, i think.

Guys, Sloan's interviews are different than those of other schools. They are behavioral so questions basically somehow resemble those asked in the essays. Find more information here: http://mitsloan.mit.edu/mba/admissions/ ... _guide.pdf
Best of luck to us all...

No, everyone asks questions like that, so do job interviews, runs on the premise, the best predictor of future behaviour is past behaviour, so don't stress about ti being different. You've probably preped for MIT just fine already

The key to MIT interviews is to have NEW stories/examples. Your interviewer will have read your entire application, so they'll be searching for new information. The questions they'll be asking you serve to fill in the gaps, so to speak. If they don't ask you about your favorite story from one of your essays, that means that they already understand that attribute of your profile.
Although the questions will be similar to those used by other schools, it's important to recognize that this interview is not "blind."
A quick question about the essays. When it says "defined, expected, established, or popular" do we have to give an example of a time when we went beyond all the 4 or just any one of these 4? Asking because I have examples of a time when I went beyond what was defined/expected. I don't think I went beyond what was popular.

I think you're fine taking that approach.

No just one is sufficient. It says "or" not "and".
