if anything, it'll go down. our class size was larger than intended and it wouldn't be good if we had a larger student body. Hey all! Was pleasantly surprised to see that I was waitlisted as well. Pleasantly surprised because I didn't receive an interview invite! Does anyone have any experience with getting an interview in R3 after being waitlisted in R2 and no interview invite? Thanks... greatly appreciated. Good luck to all the waitlisters. Myself included.

Adcom wrote me and said they do waitlist people who did not interview and they may interview these people in R3 or in the summer. Not sure why they would place someone who did not interview on the WL as opposed to ding! so my impression is that I will definitely interview... but their response seems to leave the possibility that may not be the case. Did you go through this last year? By the way, congrats!

The google group for 2012 has 611 registered members! granted not all will matriculate, that is still a massive amount of students. I guess R3 is going will be small

i am happy i have not been rejected...sliver of hope...thanks.... You should just wait for the invite. From what I've seen all ppl waitlisted without interview are interviewed in R3.

I think I may have to accept the offer and put down the deposit online. Too bad my bank account has less than $1,500 in it, so I have to wait till pay day. FML.

It was a 3'' binder with detailed information about Ross and Ann Arbor in general. And a 8x11 envelope with the admissions letter.

There's a checklist. It's a bit advertisey, but also full of useful info on housing, student life, etc. You can pay your deposit online through Wolverine Access, but there's also a send-in-a-check option.
