After almost an hour long interview, i thought i had a good chance...

Guys, Can someone please elaborate on their interview experiences?
How, What, Where types?

Can anyone update on the details of the Video Interview on the application ?

What details do you need?

Just wanted to understand how it works.

Yup, here you go.

You need to click on the link and login to the video application ('Kira' I guess). It is available for iOS as well.
Once you register you will get an email, and can then click on the link to go in for the interview.

You can practice the interview as many times as you want. And then go for the final interview.

Interview-
It will be a set of 6 questions, prompts. Very very spontaneous and about 30 secs to prepare for each, and then 1-2 mins for response.
They run one after the other and have to be completed in one shot + You cannot go for a reattempt.

Important here are the prompts- they can be anythings and everything. Here are some examples, which you might encounter during the practice.

1) If you have to explain Internet to someone your age, but back in the year 1900, how would you do?
2) If you are given unlimited resources (money etc) for 1 day, what will you do and why?
3) There is a dark room with no light and nothing else. What will you do there if sent in for 2 hrs.

Hope this helps, remember the trick is to be absolutely spontaneous and take it like an extempore.

Did anyone who applied for the 1st Dec deadline get a response back?
They have rolling admissions, so in case someone got a response back, can you please update.

No sure if they will update post 1st December.

They have a really small class and have heard they are very very particular about the overall credentials, and not just the gmat.
Sorry to hear mate, but there are many other great schools in your lineup, so will make it.
