Any word for any of the R1 or R2 waitlist-ers? Probably wouldn't expect to hear anything until next week but heard a rumor about a R1 waitlist-er getting in last week. Not sure about credibility of the rumor though.

R2 WL here .. Where'd you hear about the person getting in? I would expect that most notifications would go out at the same time that R3 people hear since we are probably being compared up against them right now..

Unrelated, but did other WLers do anything to "enhance" your candidacy?

Agree that most likely scenario is to hear when R3 hears. I heard the rumor third party so that's why I'm a little skeptical.

I think they release all decisions on the same day if I remember correctly - anybody heard otherwise?

Agree haha, people who were dinged probably not following this forum. But pretty sure everyone finds out same day (or if you get in, Derrick calls day before). Have not heard of anyone getting dinged before the official date

Does anyone know if there's a facebook group for people who have been admitted to GSB for the class of 2013? Most schools have groups, but I can't find one for Stanford MBA 2013. Thanks,

so should we expect round 3 acceptance / round 1&2 waitlist calls day before may 18th and then formal online updates on may 18th?

That's my understanding. I believe the calls usually go out the day before, so May 17. But since DB doesn't have to make as many calls as R1 and R2, maybe not.
