I am a R1 candidate. I got my interview invite on Nov 2, 10 days after submitting the application. On Nov 5 (3 days after getting the invite), I got an email saying my app is complete.  My interview is scheduled for Nov 30.

Had my interview yesterday on campus. Lasted about 50 minutes. Felt more like a conversation. Questions were pretty basic, wanting to know more about your resume and such.
1. Tell me about yourself (then asked specific questions as I talked)
2. Why MBA now?
3. Why Tepper?
4. Teamwork experience?
5. Talk about a time when you made a member of a team do something he/she may not have wanted to do?
6. What can you contribute to Tepper?
7. Short term, long term goals.
8. Leadership?
Hope this helps. Really enjoyed my visit.

Hi Everyone. I'm glad to see the interest this year and would love to help however possible. I am a 2nd-year student in the program, focused on Marketing. I try to keep an eye/ear on admissions and the GMATclub boards. If any of you have any questions you'd like to ask please feel free to post them here. The interviewer seemed to respond well.
