I've read on businessweek under bschools/mbapremium/nov2004/bs20041122_2229_bs043.htm that interview invitations go to all domestic applicants? Does any know if this is true? I feel less special if that is so.

I think that data might be out of date. If you look at this: http://www.businessweek.com/bschools/ra ... ustin.htmlIt shows just about half of applicants are interviewed, and 100% of admitted were interviewed.

I submitted about 45 minutes before R1 deadline.
Talking to current students, I have heard that about 50% of the number of people who get interviewed are offered admission - This seems like the norm for most business schools

Hey Guys,
I received my interview invite too today. I am located in Chicago. I am wondering is there any preferred option for the interview. Is it better to go for an onsite interview or an offsite interview works the same way?
What are you guys doing?

One question to those of you who're gonna schedule an off-campus interview: HOW and WHERE do we select the alumni interviewers? UT has given the instructions in the email, but hasn't provided any link where we could do this..  Edit: Nvr..I found it. Guys, I'm a bit confused on reading the posts related to Mastercard payment and Transcript upload. Could someone please clarify the following for me : 1) Do we need a Mastercard Credit Card for paying the application fees, isn't a Visa Credit Card enough ? 2) Which are the places where we're supposed to upload the transcripts, and how many times ? It is assumed that all round one interview invites have gone out? I applied for round 1 and haven't heard anything as of yet.

I doubt all of them went out yesterday. Based on last year's thread, It looks like a lot went out on day 1 and a decent amount went out over the next few days with a few more spanning the time period between day 1 and decision day. I know it's cliche, but you really can get an interview just a few days before the decisions go out.
Also, for my app, I turned it in a few days before the deadline and live in the Northeast US, so I'm not sure if that adds any value to determining who got invites when.

Profile: Gmat 700; 3yrs WE; 8.2/10 GPA; Entrepreneur And don't worry guys, invites keep going out till 2'nd week of December it seems, so just keep your fingers crossed!

My application status is also 'In review'. On the header it says, "Your file has been forwarded to the Graduate Committee for review."
Did you upload transcripts twice on GIAC site? Guys, Any idea why still none of the international applicants got an interview call?
