Congratulations, westsew. That was quick. I got an email yesterday saying that my application went complete, but no interview invite yet. Did you get that email before you got the interview invite email? Anyway, good to know that they have started sending interview invites.

Hi all. I applied R2 on Nov. 15, and was admitted on Jan. 15. I requested an early interview and was interviewed at the beginning of December by an admissions committee member in NYC. The interview was pretty straightfoward and I didn't feel like there were any questions that caught me off guard. My stats: 24 year old female, GPA: 3.89, GMAT: 730, WE: 2 years, EC: strong I haven't heard back from all the schools I applied to but of all the campus' I visited, I was most impressed with UW. Great atmosphere and great people. I am 90% sure I will be matriculating this fall.  I will be attending the May Admit Weekend. Anyone else who has been accepted planning on attending? Good luck to all of you R3 applicants!

Received the interview invitation. It was sitting in the junk folder for two days before I unearthed it! Did anyone interview with Tim Hossain? I will be interviewing with him, so any feedback on his interview style will help. Also those who interviewed in the 1st and 2nd rounds, can you guys post the interview questions?

I just received that my status will be updated by the end of week end a couple of days later I got the interview invite. I did not got an email about my status update- when I check in to the site to track my status, it looks like they have updated my received documents. hope this helps and good luck to you all

The interview goes through the very standard questions. Be prepared to talk through your resume, tell your story, and explain why and MBA and Foster are the right fit for you. Pretty much just be prepared to talk with very little intervention and no oddball questions.

mrvegas: I saw a lot of oddball questions from the previous year threads - What do you think our expectations are of UW MBA students? What would you do if MBA program did not exist?...........

Thanks, westsew. Again, best of luck with your interview.
Does anyone know anything about FAFSA and how the March 1st priority deadline works? Looks like the application has to be filled out before the priority deadline so that the results go to Foster on time for any need based aid. I applied third round, and I would not know whether I got admitted ot not until March 26th. If I fill out FAFSA after that, will it be too late? Any input?

I had my interview, we started with stardart questions, why mba, why now why foster etc. then he asked me my definition of success and then my definition of failure. and then asked my biggest professional failure. what classes I am excited about, what will be my weakness at school, how I researched the school etc. all standard no oddball questions.
well the point is my interview lasted 15 minutes. can you believe? I ruined the interview in some way. I am expecting a ding actually.
