Congrats to everyone with invites.

I read in last year's thread that Anderson seems to go by industry as they review applications. The majority of those that have invites so far seems to come from the financial industry so it may lend some credence to that.

Thanks. Yeah, I wouldn't overanalyze it, even though everyone can't help themselves. If you haven't seen the Stanford forum lately, they are going absolutely nuts over there lol. My philosophy is if I get in, I get in. If not, I'll continue to kick ass in life and be happy. None of us truly need HBS, GSB, or any other top school to be successful. I surely hope nobody believes they do anyways. We go where we go, make the best of it, and crush this little game called life.

Is the interview invites grouping based on current industry or the desired industry roles?

I'm currently in IT Function of Finance and have put the desired industry as finance as well. Still awaiting an invite...
