I believe that is how most schools work. Threaten your recommender with bodily harm.

This works well for me, being 6'5. I should start a recommender "encouragement" service. Maybe I can partner with Rhyme's company to provide a total service package :lol:

Yep, but since most of us submitted 1-3 days before the deadline we'll probably hear back in early to mid Nov. My status hasn't even changed yet still says -submitted.
