Does anyone here know what's the procedure to get feedback from the adCom?

Thanks!

As far as I know, they are not giving any feedback this year.

I was reviewing R1 stats on the first page of this thread. Is it correct that we have seen less than 12% admit rate on Gmatclub for Wharton this year (15/117)? Last year's was 20%... Just confirming if this page is up-to-date.
I read earlier that there was an unusually high number of waitlists in R1. Perhaps thats what skewed the number?

You're forgetting the 5 above the admits who are both admits AND are matriculating--so it's a total of 20 admits, not 15.

I think Wharton R1 for 2011 was very abnormal for GMAT Club in terms of the size of the waitlist, but I don't know if our sample size and peculiarities (IE: lurkers) don't make this sort of abnormality entirely possible while the stats for the general applicant population are entirely normal.

In general a smaller number goes into the list before rounds. At interview time those who get invites are more likely to add themselves in than those who don't. At final results time, admits and waitlisters are more likely to add their name than dings. Following that, lurkers only add their stats if they got in. So with time, the stats get skewed towards admits and waitlisters. The percent of those vs denied or total is hard to judge because people with dings are much less likely to self-report. During announcement time, only 5-10 or so active GMAT Clubers actually reported admits. Some people become active only after they get in or get waitlisted.

As a total number, I would use the total number of GMATClubbers who reported their final result as opposed to those that mentioned they are applying - 86 people reported their final result - out of those 86, 20 were admitted i.e. 23% - although like MBAGirl said, admitted and Waitlisted applicants are generally more likely to self report so you would expect both these two percentages to be higher than the overall school average. I think Kellogg this year had a 30% admit rate on GMATClub.

You all do realize that this is last year's thread, right?

Yeah, we were discussing the admission stats between last year and this year - posting in this thread was intentional. Anyway, I'm closing off this thread to prevent any more confusion. Any further discussion on the topic can be continued in this year's thread.
