I'm also hopeful that that timeline is still accurate. We still have a few hours left in the day. Posted from my mobile device

Hi all, Introducing myself: I am budablasta, call me buda! I scored a 710 in the GMAT yesteday and, after a short and swift round of severe depression, I am back on track to applying for Said, my dream bschool. It's going to be a tough squeeze as I am looking at R3. I am also looking at R5 of Cambridge as well because it's just as good. Only a month left to put together the essays and recommendations! But I am confident I will pull through. Would seriously appreciate any help, advice, critique or even just a holler! Thanks, buda

Got an invite to interview on Friday (March 16) - I live in the States. I would certainly like to attend, and it seems they urge you too as well. If I cannot make it onsite, and opt for the phone interview, do you think it is less likely I would be given admittance? I assume there is at least a small bias towards those that spend the time and money to visit in person, right?

Even though I had seen the university before, I still opted for the on-campus interview day (I am from the US as well). The admissions team does a fantastic job selling the school. There was a full day planned with a dinner the night before. It was also a great opportunity to meet other candidates and interact with current students, as well as explore the town.

There's no way I am going to be able to afford a trip just before also paying up for the whole year !

Hi, for the first essay - What are the key issues facing organisations in your sector over the next three years? What course of action would you recommend to such organisations? (300 words) Is it ok if I talk about "enterprise software" as a sector. I understand that a sector is usually an industry like Telecom or Healthcare. But I don't have such a sector. I look at "enterprise software" and it is used in all industries. Or, would you suggest I pick up the industry I am most comfortable with and talk about it.

@budablasta
I can't advise you what to write or how to approach your essays. It is really up to you to define the sector that you want to talk about.

Anyone know how long it will take for decisions to come out following the phone interviews on April 20?

@djf32
we will consider the phone interview candidates along with the ones who are interviewing on campus on Monday the 23rd. Everyone should know the final decisions by Thursday the 26th unless we decide to do any background checks.

Hi Conrad - For the later rounds, will you do Skype interviews or regular phone interviews.

buda, did you already submit your application? did you face any issues? anyone else applying in R3? Do you know if Judge requires you submit official GMAT reports along with application or they require it in later stages of the application?
