I FINALLY turned in my application today as well. Talking about status checking phobia, I checked the status of my app 30 mins after submitting it, from my blackberry, while I was in a meeting!
First, its the crazy race of turning the app in. Then, its the anxiety of the interview call, then the admit, then to leave job, then to start school....etc. etc.
Such is life.

Congrats!
Just keep telling yourself... "It'll all be worth it once you get your MBA!"
At least you're not going for a Law degree, which I heard had a 50% dissatisfaction rate.

all the best to you buddy. since you applied earlier, chances are you'll be the first on this thread with an interview invite!
i also noticed that this thread has at least 2x the messages and views compared with the other threads for other schools. are columbia applicants that communicative, or are there just more columbia applicants? hahaha

Thanks.. I hope to share good news with you all... In my opinion.. there are more posts in this thread compared to the others because of the timeline... I am sure when H/S/W deadline is near their threads will heat up like Columbia's is right now...

Yeah .. the columbia R1(ED) application cycle is at its peak right now. Hence the huge number of posts. But as we complete the applications and move on to other schools (Interviews are still some time away), those other schools will catch up (And in some cases, surpass) the Columbia thread. After all, most of the other schools are still one month away from the peak.
Status update: Your application has now been printed, and we are matching supplemental materials to your application file.
All the best to all of you guys.

Application has been printed??!!
Mine says: Your application is complete and is currently under review by the Admissions Committee.
I submitted it yesterday, it turned complete today.
I agree with the previous assesment about the acitivity. It has to do with the ED timeline.
BTW, has anyone heard about anyone else receiving the interview invite othen than the one guy on BW?

Hi all, did any of you submit the official transcript? If so, which mailing address do we send these to? and how will they match the transcripts with the corresponding application?
Will just adding our name do?
I know - too many questions, but the last minute jinx

ncprasad is posting all this so that few months later, when he gets into Ross and we are dinged everywhere, then he can point at these posts and laugh at us.

I hope you are half-right (right about my admission to Ross). If I can get all these GMAT clubbers to apply to other schools instead of Ross, I will have a better chance.
Dabots, River, Dosa, Bherronp...et al, I am talking to YOU. Dont apply to Ross. Its a really bad school. Mrs.mNeo said that their alumni are boring. Surely, you guys are not boring. So WHY are you applying?
