I was thinking you'd name the employer once and then below that break it down into: Employer Title -Achievement -Achievement -Achievement
Title -Achievement -Achievement -Achievement[/quote]
That's what I did for my resume...plus I provide the dates after the titles of course. But on the application form itself where you need to list your employment history, I don't think the page can break into two titles for 1 employer.

I had three promotions at the same company. I rewrote the name of the company each time, for each position, along with the dates of employment. I did the same thing on the resume as well...

thats the way I plan on doing it as well. I've been promoted once, and i transferred to a better group before my promotion as well, so i'm going to have all three roles put on.
ACN, have you seen darden's resume book? its floating around here somewhere. it has some examples of people who worked at one company and split out the roles in the way we are discussing.

I held 3 positions with the same company, 2 were very similar with just increased responsibilities and 1 was very different. On my resume, I lumped the first 2 together and broke out the 3rd separately, so it was: 20XX - 20XX Company X Job #3 - blah - blah - blah 20XX - 20XX Company X Job #1 / Job #2 - blah - blah - Promoted from Job #1 to Job #2 on Month Day, Year Primarily I did this to save space, since breaking out #1 and #2 would've put me over 1 page, but also because there would've been a lot of repetition between #1 and #2. I broke it out the same way on the application data forms. In terms of the "why you're leaving": for the job I held when I was applying, I just wrote that I currently held that position, rather than saying I was leaving for an MBA.

Thanks. I went last year. I think the description covers it. It is an informal gathering at a bar with current students and prospectives. It is a good way to get material for your essays so try to think of questions before you go.

I went to the first Booth Live last year. Overall was a good experience, but you do not sit in a real class since classes just started the day before instead they have a mock class.
I do not know what value it will add to reapplicants.

Two questions about the application.
1). Did you guys waive the right to review the LORs? I noticed that it was an option to waive that right, I was curious if its advantageous to do so...
2). Some of the essay questions refer to it as Chicago GSB, however I know the name changed to Booth...do they prefer that we refer to it as GSB in our applications or Booth?
