Cambridge/Oxford grads advice needed [#permalink]

Hi all Are there any Cambridge/Oxford grads/admits? I am applying to both these schools with a relatively low GMAT score of 630(Q44, V32). I was wondering if you guys could give me some essay writing tips for these schools. Any input will be very helpful. Below is a brief description of my profile

Profile Age 25 Indian Male, Been in UK for last 8 years. GMAT - 630 (Q44, V32) second attempt, first was 610
Education Aircraft Engineering Degree from UK
Experience 5 Years in aircraft design and planning
Goals Short term - Get into management of a big international airline/ Consultant in aviation Long term - Run my own business
Extra curriculur Run an online business from bedroom, turnover to reach 6 figures next year Made a website during 2001 Gujarat earthquakes, featured on tv and newspapers Fitness enthusiast, Bodybuilder Modelled for an asian magazine Have had cosmetic surgery to improve looks - (dont know if i should say that?? lol)
Recommendation letter Supervisor - Most likely from the director of a top UK airline (i might convince him, if not then the guy below him) Peer - Senior Aircraft Design Engineer Should i add a third one from a top Indian Govt official (family friend)??

If you are having trouble answering any particular question, please state that. In any case, there is a very active thread on Oxbridge both this year and last year and you will find discussions on essay topics. If it is general advice on writing essays you would be better off referring some books on how to write a bschool essay.
