can admin dept find all my old transripts? [#permalink] New post 23 May 2009, 14:57
Hello,

I am planning to apply to several top tier schools in the fall. The first company I worked for after undergrad had a 100% tuition reimbursement policy. So, I took a few business classes online through a very small, not well known school - just for fun. I didn't take the classes very seriously or do particularly well. I would like to leave this transcript off of my application, but don't want to jeopordize my acceptance should a school find this transcript on their own. Will the school likely search for all transcripts and is it possible for them to find this record? Thoughts?

thanks!!!

marcoruaz,

You should be safe omitting these transcripts. But you may also be overestimating the importance the adcoms would place on them. If you have a good GPA everywhere else and a high GMAT you should be fine.

Good luck,
