A lot of people get into school with just two years of experience, but two or three more years of experience would probably help. You'll just have more professional stories to tell and accomplishments to write about than if you apply now. Business schools tend to put more emphasis on an applicant's professional achievements than they do on his GMAT score or GPA. So, my advice would be to wait.
My main concern would be the fact that your profile sound very common (IT major in Asia/India). Hopefully you have some activities and achievements outside of work & school that you can talk about. If not, then take the next two years to get that experience, and then apply. Your application will be much stronger for it!
