Future Perfect Progressive is used to indicate a continous action in the future in relation to a definite future time.

example:
At three o' clock I will have been driving for 10 hours non-stop.

Here, 'three o' clock' is the 'definite future time', and continous action of driving in the future is mentioned in relation to this definite future time.
