lets calculate A:
7=1+1+5=1+2+4=1+3+3=2+2+3=> there are 4*3! such ways
lets calculate B:
7=7+0+0=6+1+0=5+2+0=5+1+1=4+3+0 (so on) => there are 10*3! such ways
B>A

then i must have misunderstood B... ive calculated the number of ways of distributing 7 bills, but without considering the condition "each one receives 1 bill"... my bad, sorry... taking that into consideration, A=B
