Since i come from an engineering background and do not have an exposure to economics, finance or accounting, I want to take this course.
but before that i need your honest opinions...
Is it viewed in positive light by the adcom?
or
can it totally backfire?

Even if it pays off a bit i am more than willing to go that extra mile to build my profile..

confused...
pls help

On one hand, I don't think there's a big downside risk (as long as you do well) as at least a few good schools (Tuck, Johnson) use this as a pre-MBA prep course. Otoh, I don't think it will be the make or break item in your application. I don't have a strong finance background, but to me the cost/benefit doesn't justify taking the course.

Hey, we have essentially the same Quant score, so if I don't need this course then you don't either! :-D
