can i introduce myself here? [#permalink] New post 12 Apr 2005, 03:54
hi all,

its been great going through this forum, which a friend of mine referred.. the thing is that i am currently working for an education-based company in india.

i aspire to go to the US to pursue an MBA, ideally in a top B-School, but the problem lies in how to proceed with the whole concept.. i thought if i join this forum.. i might be motivated to take up my GMAT.

i guess its just the drive that i lack and hopefully should gain some from this place..

hope i achieve my dreams soon.. thanks.. :)

cheers

Casablanca,
Getting the motivation to take the exam is one of the toughest things. Nothing ever gets done without a deadline right?

Many students say they really don't get themselves to study for the exam until they've paid their $250 fee and have registered for the exam. Once you register, you are psychologically committed and you will go out of your way to prepare for the exam. So consider registering for 2 months in advance. That should give you some time to re-gear yourself into study and test mode.
