I would say that your chances look pretty good, although I don't know you well enough to comment on your chances at one school vs. another.

The reason I say your chances look good is because of your extracurricular involvement and achievements. These are what will set you apart from the hundreds (or thousands) of similar-sounding applicants (from India, engineering background, etc.). It's fine that you're taking the GMAT again, but in your application you must show that you're much more than a pile of numbers!
