Can you use Embark program to apply to multiple schools?
I didn't even realize this? Anyone have any insights?

I doubt it. You might be called out for shotgunning right off the bat.

I don't know why they don't have a system for MBA students
Law schools have a program where students only need to fill out one application and can send it to multiple schools, only having to tailor an essay if necessary
