Let's see

A. Actually contradicts the disparity
B. talks about the age at which prostate cancer can occur
C. contradicting the disparity
D. out of scope. we have no information about food habbit.
E. it is a trap. it is comparing within Rubaria. it doesn't compare with Terland.

so B is the only possible choice.
