Hi somnathbabu,
You pose a number of "big picture" questions. If you don't know the answers to what I'm about to ask, then that's okay, but you should think about what you want to do in the future and whether having an MBA would help you to attain those goals or not.
1) What type of job/career/future do you want to have? Would having an MBA help you to achieve that future? Is an MBA required?
2) Does that 'path' require an expensive MBA or will a less-pricey one still help you to achieve that goal?
3) Why do you think that you'll never be able to pay back the debt that you would incur from earning an MBA? In theory, having that degree should help you to earn more money than you currently do.
The process of preparing for the GMAT, applying to Schools, attending (and graduating) with an MBA, job-hunting, etc. is a HUGE series of tasks that will take lots of time, money and commitment on your part. It's okay to be a bit concerned, since it is a daunting task. And if you don't want to do it, then that's fine. It sounds like you're asking someone to convince you one way or the other though and that's NOT how this process works - YOU have to decide what YOU want.
