Thank you for the insight. The reason behind the career gap is personal - starting a family and additional responsibilities that followed. Apart from that, I had pursued a software course which spanned for a year. Do you think that counts too?
Also, When do you think will be the right time to take the GMAT, if i plan to apply for B-schools next year?
