Career switcher [#permalink] New post 14 Dec 2006, 15:45
Hi Paul

I'm currently working on my HBS essays. I do have a general question however.

I know that I need to produce a compelling argument for my career change from Engineering to IB. My question is, would it be acceptable that my decision to switch careers was borne of fairly recent events or does this new-found passion have to have developed over a longer period of time?

In my case, my interest in the field extends a few years back, however my decision to actually make the switch was more recent.

My other challenge is that there is no room to explain this in any of HBSs essays other than the additional information essay, is that fine?

Thanks for your help
