Careers for Internationals post MBA: US Visa issues? [#permalink] New post 23 Sep 2012, 08:28
After visiting several Top 10 American b-schools last month, I felt that international students are having issues recruiting for General Management positions and into Boutique firms.

I felt the issue was so acute that they are being forced to take up cookie-cutter consulting or IB jobs, just to pay off their loans before they can go in their chosen path.

In fact, some companies explicitly state in the jobs portal that they need only American nationals (Johnson and Johnson; Chevron).

I tried searching in this forum, and clicked on practically every link. My answer couldnt be found here... So the question: both to current MBA students, alumni on this forum, or prospectives with friends who are international:

Q: Are there visa issues post MBA in USA from a top 10 school?
