Carpenters, dentists, sewing machine operators, needlepointers, piano players, and indeed anyone who works with their hands for long hours can get carpal tunnel syndrome.

(A) anyone who works
Wrong. S-V agreement. "X, Y and Z" creates a compound word, thus "works" is wrong.

(B) anyone working
Wrong. "working" is Verb-ing modifier which modifies the CLOSEST noun "anyone", not "carpenters, dentists,....". Hence, B changes meaning.

(C) workers
Wrong. "and indeed workers with their hands for long hours" sounds bad. We need verb "work", not noun "workers".

(D) those for whom work is
Wrong. "and those for whom work is with their hands" is awkward and incorrect.

(E) any people who work
Correct.
- "Any + plural" can create singular/plural noun. But the form "X, Y and Z" creates a compound word.
- "who" modifies all "carpenter, dentists,....and any people" because all kinds of people mentioned in the sentence work with their hands --> plural verb "work" is correct.
