Hi Thank You!

I have already used the 6 tests from MGMAT.....during my previous attempt and I tend to konw the answers.
I will try their Free test .....as I dont remember using it.

Are there any other better test resources?

GMATFocus has set of 3 quant tests with 24 questions each.... I have never used it but people have found them to be useful...

Have you tried GMATClub challenges ?? I love the quant challenges.. haven't used the verbal ones yet ...

GMAT retired paper tests ... But they have lots of repeats from OG and have quant lot simpler than GMATprep (thats what people say)

Has anyone else used CATprep and had unusually high results? I just finished my first one as a diagnostic for the GMAX Online course and scored a 730 (Q52,V44) How is that even possible? Isn't 51 the highest you can get? I'd also expect the composite to yield something higher than 730.

Aside from the questionable calculations, I didn't think the test felt very adaptive. I only missed 3 questions in the Quant and 7 in the Verbal.

Prior to this test I've only taken 2 MGMAT CAT's and they were significantly harder.

MGMAT Free Cat (First Diagnostic) - 630 (Q40, V36)
MGMAT CAT #1 - XXX (Q43,V_ _) <-- I wasn't happy with my quant performance so I skipped the verbal.

I signed up for the GMAX Online course, because the GMAT Club tests were still very difficult for me. I do not believe that 730 score.

Any thoughts?

Is there a common agreement that MGMAT free CAT is a good approximation of a real GMAT score?

I read that MGMAT is supposed to be next best indicator (to GMATPrep of course) ....... but lets wait to hear from the veterans ....

That seems to be the consensus: Gmatprep and then Mgmat. The question is, where would Powerprep stand? Powerprep is the early 2000's Gmatprep, when it was owned by ETS. Thanks.

This post is no longer going to be a sticky since new and more full post was made - all-gmat-cat-practice-tests-links-prices-reviews-77460.html. I also feel it belongs more to GMAT section.
