hi all
which universities waive GMAT if the applicant has completed the CFA Level 1 or 2 or 3 in master?

hm I've never heard that and doubt there are any universities do that as gmat and cfa is definitely has different purpose. It is either you need gmat/gre/none

Would like to hear the answer though if anyone knows the universities that substitute CFA for gmat

I wish there were such universities, but no, to the best of mu knowledge there aren't such.

The designation may aid your application, but will not be considered instead of a GMAT score, no.

(MSc + CFA) vs MBA is a valid topic for discussion though =)
