Chance at Haas PT for 07?

Hi Hjort,
I am new to this site, but this section has quickly become one of my favorites. I am writing to you to see if you can shed some light on my situation, and I guess give me an honest opinion if I've got a chance to get into Haas's EWMBA program.
I am currently working full time as an analyst and an assistant project manager for a real estate development and investment firm. The firm is small (4 ppl plus me) and I have been here a little over a year and half. I started out in a basic analyst role, but the principals noticed my ability and potential early on and have been grooming me to become a project manager in the next year or so, something I have been told is a pretty amazing progression for someone in development with NO real estate background and who was a communication arts major in college.
I live in the Bay Area, CA and would really like to get an MBA (my job supports this wholeheartedly and are actually going to pay 50%). The only 2 programs that would be feasible to me at this point are Haas and Santa Clara, although I would much rather go to Haas.
Here are my vitals:
Age 28
White Male
BA from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000, 3.01 GPA (low, I know but worked FT all 4 years to pay for myself)
GMAT: no actual score yet, taking in November (probably need 600-700 I assume)
2000 - 2003: 3 years spent as an actor doing television commercials, theater, indie films, improv
2003-2004: paralegal at a large national law firm (promoted 3 times in 1 year from word processor to law clerk to paralegal and by the end of my year I was working exclusively with one of the firm's top partners)
2004 - 2005: sales at an investment firm (promoted once in 11 months)
2005 - present: current job at RE firm
I have done some community work with Habitat for Humanity, Foster Kids and I am doing a 20 mile walk for suicide prevention this summer.
I would really like to go to Haas. I know my GMAT score is CRUCIAL, so that is my entire focus until November.
I would love to know what you think my chances may be at Haas. Any ideas as to other ways to strengthen my app before November 06 (I'm applying for Fall 07)?
Thanks for your wonderful service, Hjort. It is greatly appreciated by all.
