Okay,

I've taken the GMAT 5 times and repeatedly get 680. (47m, 36v). Can't seem to hit the 700 mark. It's a curse.

I"m 28 male with 7 years in insurance industry. GPA is 3.2 and liberal art college. I got various extra curricular.s

What my chance of part-time MBA at Berkeley, UC Davis, and UCLA?

Dan,

Please take some advice: stop taking the GMAT! 680 is your score and it's not a bad one. It gives you a decent shot at Haas and UCLA part-time (assuming rest of application is good), less so for their full-time. UC Davis should be eminently doable for you. Your GMAT is what it is, so now make sure the rest of your app is the best it can be.

Good luck,
