chance of getting Admission and fund at UCL and LSE [#permalink]

I am Monir, a goverment service holder of Bangladesh government. I am planning to apply to Economics department for phd of UCL and LSE . Here i am adding some statistics of my profile . Please let me know the chance of getting admission and fund in both universities. I have potential supervisor from both universities.
BA( hons)..........Economics........1st class 6th( top 4%)........University of Dhaka
MA...................Economics........1ST CLASS 4TH( top 4%)....University of Dhaka
MA...................International Development Program....( 3.81 out of 4)( top 2%).................International University of Japan.
Job experience: 9 years of job experience , 7 of which as Government seriviceholder. Working at Finance Ministry of Bangladesh Government.Have teaching experience also as TA .
GRE( Q 720,V530), IELTS 7.( Do i need to sit for GRE again.
Publication: 1 international publication.
