Hey,

Here are my stats for my apllication to MS-Accounting at UT-Austin

22 male
Undergrad degree accounting at University of North Texas (grad 12/05)
GPA 3.8
GMAT 600
lots of community service and extracirricular
VP of Beta Alpha Psi, honors acctg fraternity
Professional leaderipship program
accepted internship at accounting firm from 1/2006-7/2006

Please evaluate with suggestions, and what you think my chances of acceptance are.

I will also apply to A&M, and have been accepted at UNT (in case I don't get accepted at the other two.)

For UT Austin you need a higher GMAT and work experience if you want to be a serious contender. I am not sure what A&M's experienice requirements are, but your chances are better there.

Hey

Im applying to UT austin too this year. I just wrote my GMAT yesterday and got a 620 ( 47 Quan, 29 Verbal), I was expecting a little more on the verbal but i think its ok.

Ive got a GPA of 3.3 and wanted to know if you got any heads on chances at UT Austin, Are you applying for the MPA program at UT austin, let me know.
