What are the chances of getting into a Harvard MBA with the following profile:

3.7-3.8 GPA from top 5 Undergrad business school
760 GMAT
3-4 years at a well known but non-top-3 management consulting firm
Fluent in Russian.
Studied abroad in London.
Lots of travel experience
Ran various cultural and job-specific clubs.

This is a partial profile.

My basic question is:
I think the profile is competitve but how hard will it be to get in, do they even look at anything else but essays at HBS?

How much does one have to differentiate with a good GMAT score?

You sound very competitive. Certainly essays are important, but so are these other things. Nail the essays and you should have a very good shot.
