Work Experience in Spain, France and Italia (4 years)
National Scholarship during University
Writing Award during High School

I am interested in Stanford, Harvard, Chicago, NYU and MIT

I would like to know my real changes and strategies to follow to get there.

Based on the very limited information provided, it appears that you could produce a competitive application. However the variability in the application that you are capable of producing is quite high and therefore I cannot tell you with any level of confidence what your chances are.

Scott and I have written an entire book on strategies for applicants, as there are hundreds, so you'll have to be more specific for me to provide a less generic reponse.
