I don't think your GMAT will pose a problem at both of these b-schools, although your work experience is less. You may find yourself among the youngest applicants there, as the programs have a criterion of minimum 3 years of work experience.
I would think that with these two disadvantages, the rest of your application must be stellar. You seem to have done good stuff at work and held leadership positions outside office. Build them into your essay and recommendation storylines as that will help a whole lot.
Also, be sure of what your career goals are and how will these particular programs help you achieve them?
