hi Scott

I have worked for 3 different companies in my 3.5 years of work experience. Will it seriously affect my application? Will it negatively affect my position?

I changed jobs because of two reasons 1) good profile interms of leadership and client interaction 2) Good Pay cheque:)

But i cannot mention that i shifted jobs becuase of good pay cheque right? So what should i mention in questions such as "Reason for changinf jobs" ?

Please help me on this.

It may hurt. It could hurt you if it looks like you jumped around rather than sticking around and seeing things through. If you have enough real accomplishments to discuss in your essays, then this should be less of a problem. But you need to be careful to avoid looking like a job hopper who doesn't actually contribute much wherever he goes.
