Changing the margins on the pages [#permalink]
20 Oct 2006, 08:53
Some schools have a limit of the page numbers instead of the word count. Is it bad to change the margins of the word documents?

Actually Kellogg limits the volume of essay by the number of pages, however in the application requirements they only explicitly state that the top margin should be not less than 1 inch. From this I deducted that I was pretty free in changing the side and bottom margins. Obviously, you should not set them to zero

I actually quote from Part II:
"If you are uploading your essay, please include at least a one inch top margin on each page and re-state the question at the beginning of the essay."
