I'm applying for the evening program starting Jan 2011. For the resume did you use a typical job resume or did you use one that's more complete? reason i ask is that right now my resume is only 1 page because I don't elaborate on some positions that are still quality professional experience but just didn't relate to my field. Would it better to stretch it to two pages to elaborate more in depth or keep it at one?

IMHO, your resume should highlight all your major accomplishments. If it will take 2 pages to do that, then I don't see why not.

One caveat, your B-School resume should contain minimal industry jargons. Your resume should be friendly to those who are not familiar with your industry or your job function.
