Chicago Recommendation - how are recommenders submitting?

Chicago Recommendation - how are recommenders submitting? [#permalink] New post 03 Dec 2006, 19:15
I just started my Chicago GSB application process, and I realized the the recommender's evaluation form is in PDF. How are the recommenders supposed to use it? Can they submit 2 forms - one with the checkbox PDF sheet filled out, and another MS-WORD document with the questionnaire?

Alternatively, Has anyone converted the PDF to MS-WORD?

I have no idea, I'll ask my recommenders. As for converting PDF to Word, good luck!

The PDF form is for those who would like to print it out and submit a hard copy. The online process has its own forms which will be directly emailed to your recommender.
