X more than Y

X=Industrial growth of C* in 19 th centruy

Y for all options

A- city ( wrong), B- Growth of A* cities ( hold on option), C-city ( wrong), D-city, E-Growth of A city (hold on)

B and E left

E wins clearly battle

which is non essential modifer hence clause contained it must be redundant.

If I try to remove which clause and check the meaning..sentence main purpose contrast between superb growth once and now strikes is lost

E is far ahead than B
