When I saw the date I thought to myself, "I'm traveling that day! I can make it!" I am traveling that day...but to Durham. Booth is another time. Gee, I feel smart.

I should be there around 6.. .i'm sure I'll be able to navigate myself there in time.
Not sure how we'll all recognize each other.. maybe every should wear a "I spent months applying to b-school and all I got was this lousy t-shirt" tshirt, so I know who to approach.
I should be easy to recognize.... I'll be the only guy in the bar without a jacket...cuz the dumass californian in me forgot my jacket in San Diego!!

yes indeedy. too bad you had to leave early zippy, we had a pretty great time with the rest of the crew. got to hand out with quantjock, gkumar, robert_(redford?), rhyme, and con_mis_dos_banos (or something like that ) it was a pretty good time really, both at Fado and the Wit... which had nothing to do with what it sounded like, especially since we got in without a test and for those wondering,, yes.. Rhyme is that larger than life guy.. he came in on a dragon, smoked some fire and left us in a daze of sheer awe.. yep. he that good and i would love to post our bill from the evening, but for the record, the group had 13 Stellas'.. and rhyme single handedly was reponsible for 11 of them.. yep.. 11!!!

It was great to meet you guys last night! Nice to talk to some people who understand what I've been going through the past few months. Now I just have to figure out how to change the manos to banos... (Check out my sweet new avatar!) Zippy, sorry I just missed you! Sorry, its taken me this long to get back to this thread, I was always surfing on my cell phone and finally got a chance to sit down on a computer. It was a great time hanging out with our fine fellow gmatclubbers.....and of course, we had an audience with The Rhyme . Thank you very much deadlee. We can make a bigger dent when we all meet up( probably at quantjock's party in Carribean). Though I did not attend, I was with you guys......see. BTW, what is 'pub quiz' and 'heineken cup' ? I'm very much interested in attending these. Probably, I can cover my beer costs by having a regular presence there on Mondays
